What is Share?

qurl share <CRID> returns an access link for a published resource. The CRID identifies the resource and grants no access by itself. Share the returned link with the recipient.

A separate link can be issued for each recipient or task. This helps manage access but does not bind the eventual opener to a named person.

How LayerV Implements This

Use qurl share <CRID> --ttl 1h to request a redemption window of up to one hour; check the lifetime the service returns. The API supports additional access policies and session controls. A browser recipient needs no CLI or LayerV account.
