qURL™ Community Guidelines
Effective Date: October 16, 2026
The qURL app is for people 18 and older. These guidelines apply to everything you share, request, or open with the qURL app. They are part of our Terms of Service (Section 29.14).
Do not share
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form. We report it to the authorities.
- Intimate images of someone without their consent.
- Threats, harassment, or content that targets people for who they are.
- Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or terrorism.
- Malware, phishing pages, scams, or anything built to deceive or defraud.
- Other people's private information, or content you do not have the right to share.
- Anything else that is illegal where you live or where the person opening it is.
Be who you are
Creators choose the names and details shown on their posts. LayerV checks only creators it marks “Verified by LayerV” (Terms Section 29.4), and that is not an endorsement of what they share; other names are not checked. Do not use a name or detail to pretend to be someone else. When someone asks to see your private post, you get the email address they confirmed, which tells you who controls that mailbox, not who they are. Let in only people you mean to.
Report and block
Tap the more button (…) on a post to report it or to block the creator. You can also email security@layerv.ai with the post link and what is wrong.
- We respond to every report about a post in the app, whether sent in the app or by email to security@layerv.ai, within 24 hours of receiving it and act on posts that break these guidelines or our Terms.
- Action can include turning off a post's link for everyone, ending the creator's access to qURL, and reporting to the authorities where the law requires.
- People you let into a private post can still save or record what they see.
